A great ending for the lazy days

Thailand was absolutely terrific. We snorkled, swam, travelled in speedboat, did some kayaking and burned our mouths with chilli and didn't even get a too bad diarrhea;) Now, we're as brown as chocolate and smiling happily, so the real holiday (without real training) did just the job it was supposed to. We spent seven days mostly exploring the great islands of Krabi area and enjoyed the sun and the views. The sun was also the reason why it's so easy to not to train. It was just so incredibly hot during the day that we only could run in the morning. You can find some pics of the vacation in the links beneath.

So we cam to Finland already on Wednesday evening last week but I came home just today as I had some stuff in Helsinki and we also had our clubs traditional season ending on Saturday. We girls also had a nice long training before it and we had time to make plans for next season too. On Sunday, we got together with my siblings and celebrated the fathers' day. And today i also went to test the model for my dress for this year's independence day party in the presidential castle. This time the girls in the golden relay team got the invitation too!

Today was finally the day I decided to start real and hard training again even though the problem in my foot still makes me to train alternatively. The main thing is that the free floating and lazyness after the WOC has now gotten it's end and the GOAL for next year is clear. To run faster than others and orienteer better than ever before!

My analyzis of the last season will come on this website some day soon, but i think I'll have to catch up a little bit with my studies first.
