Final finals

Next weekend, I'm going to run the last competitions in Switzerland, where the last events of World Cup will be held. Even though the places in WCup are already clear, I'm not going to give the last victories to anyone else too easily!

Last week, I've also been training quite a lot. Well, the training hours consisted mostly of football matches (student league where we orienteers are also running around) and many kind of dancing/aerobic sessions at the university. But I've done some some "real" training too: hiked with friends and ran some intervals.

However, I think that these other forms of excercise are effective too. Firstly, I believe that with balletone it's easier too keep my bottom up while running, flowgymnastics help me to find the right feeling, ethnobic gives movement and rythm for the whole body, football helps to find the fast cells and combatic helps me to kick you're ass... and mine too;)And on top of that, I do hope that writing my master thesis will activate my brains too..

We'll see how my alternative preparing works. before that, you can put you're o-thinking in order by watching the last Sportmagasinet (in Swedish) , where for instance Thierry tells about his orienteering. I was also interviewed in between our Finnish champs' qualification and finals.

Soon, I'll go and fight for the victory with other football palyers of Kortsu!
