Skiing and surfing

The past couple of weeks have been interesting again. I've got some media stuff and also my dear brother got married with his lovely Marianna. It's also so great to see friends as we've been spending our time at home quite a lot.

My training has been alternative and next week I'll also have the photos taken from my knee. Luckyly it's winter time and i've been able to mistreat my body by skiing;)

Here are my this week's trainings:

Mon) am) Skiing with Pasi 1.35. pm) Strenght training 45min+15min excercise cycling. 2.35h

Tue: am) Excercise cycling intervals: 1min(1min),2(1),3(1) x4 +2x30s. 65min. pm) Skiing with my friend 100min. 2.45h

Wed: am) easy skiing on the ice with Pasi 70min pm) cycling intervalls 30s "uphill" 45s "normal but really fast" (45s rec.) x8. 50min. 2h

Thu: Skiing intervalls 3x10min (2min rec.) just over the aerobis threshold. +1,5min, 3min, 2min, +2x1min under or over the anaerobic threshold. 1.35h pm) Massage 2h

Fri: am) Easy skiing 2.15. pm) "Effective walking" 50min feeling tired... 3.05 h

Sat: am)Excercise cycling 20+15min + Strenght training 40min. pm) skiing 1.25 2.40h.

Tomorrow I'll either do something that wakes up the fast cells in my body or something very long and easy. Or if I'm dum I'll do both. Only big amounts look god in the training diary;)

About surfing... Yes, I've surfed around France and Italy but still only in the internet in order to find nice places for our trip there. Now it seems that the places we're going to visit before the national team's training camp in Switzerland are: Milan, Genova, Monaco, Nizza, Toulon, Marseille, Millau and Chamonix. Really looking forward to it. :D
