m-O-tivation

I spent the last two weeks in Spain with the Finnish team and the camp was great for my head, humour and hopefully for my legs as well. I took it quite carefully as my poor knee didn't really get better from all the running. But I was able to run almost all the time, so it wasn't too bad.

First we spent some time in Estepa. I made some longer o-trainings there and we had also a small "competition" in El Chorro (the map can be found below). However, we spent most of the camp in Barbate. Running nice O-trainings with various themes. Ocad was used to make the trainings more challenging.

My O-motivation was really good but unfortunately I got some kind of stomach flu and I couldn't do everything I wanted to. I missed at least one nice sprint training in Vejer. The harder trainings I did went quite well. My knee wasn't enjoying them, but I was even though I'm definitely not in good shape..Well, maybe it's just good that I didnt' have too much time for the tuff trainings and had to keep the speed down.

From now on, I'm actually concentrating on heeling my jumpers knee. I really hope that Finland will get it's usual snow, and I'll be able to ski at least. I'm also going to check that there's nothing else wrong with my knee as I really have to get it better, and i have to get it better NOW!
